4. As we operate on very low margin to keep our prices affordable. We seek your understanding that the seller shall not be held responsible for items that are lost in mail if you choose the Non Registered Mail option.

6.  Customer will have to bear the cost of re-mailing once the return parcel received by the seller if any incomplete or incorrect address is given.
