Based on the rich taste of Tonkotsu extract and the palm and chicken umami, we reproduced the family pork bone soy sauce with well-balanced soup using this brewed rich soy sauce.
Garlic, ginger and other flavored vegetables and plenty of meat paste, add a mellow flavor of pork to make it a soup that makes you feel the taste of the ingredients.
By emulsifying pork oil in the liquid soup part, I directed the cooked feeling of the boiled pork bone carefully.
