In place of wheat · soybeans, it is "Ponzu" prepared by using miscellaneous grain soy sauce stocked with four kinds of millet (sesame, rice flour, crack).
Allergy conscious type of easy to seasoning seasoning "Ponzu" that can be applied / multiplied.
Using a gentle flavor of the fruit juice, it finished in a mellow gentle taste.
It is also recommended for those who are not good at acidity.
We are not using allergic ingredients other than sesame.
