Postage

We are not responsible for any lost items by normal mail. Registered mail is highly recommended.

Cancellation, Returns, Exchange

Once the item has been sent out, cancellation cannot be processed.

Return/ exchange postage will be under your cost. The items are your responsibility until they reach us, so please make sure they're packed up properly and won't get damaged on the way! We try hard to accept returns but in an event the items are damaged, we may not be able to refund.
