[Description]

The waratah toner strengthens skin's barrier by moisturizing and smoothening dry skin with its dual moisture function of essential water layer and whipping cream layer.

[How to use]

Shake the container before use, until the two layers are fully mized together. Then, dispense an appropriate amount on a cotton pad or your palm. Apply it along the skin's texture, and gently pat to promote absorption into skin.
