This cake is frosted with fresh cream, with a classic and rosette swirl design in ombre tones.

Using the Japanese chiffon sponge as our base cake, our sponge cake is light and fluffy unlike your traditional sponge cake.

Cake Care
Cakes are packed in plain white cake box. Hold the cake upright and straight during transportation. Store in the fridge if possible. Bring to room temperature about 30 mins before consumption. Cake can be stored overnight in fridge if consuming the next day.
