The bag has one compartment can hold the Ipad, A4 binder, tablet ect. There is one pocket on the outside that closes with a magnetic snap, and the flap is accented in genuine cow leather. The back has two pouches as well as a zippered pocket. Two pouches on the inside also have leather trim! One zippered pocket on the inside gives you a total of 7 places other than the main body of the bag to store things.
