No hair!  This picture was taken about an hour after epilating, since the redness doesn't go away for a while.

Now, I have a pretty high pain tolerance (thank you, arthritis!  ^^ ), and I don't find this to be painful at all. A tiny tweak here and there, but pretty easy really. If you don't do so well with pain, imagine tweezing your eyebrows very quickly - that's what it's like. Definitely not unbearable or anything.  (:

Overall I'm super pleased with this for the price (I believe it was USD10 or so). It works really well, came with a carry bag, cleaning brush and instructions for care and use. I've used it on my arms and legs so far, and it works fine, even if it takes a little while because it's small. The hair stays away for two weeks or so (it'll be longer if your hair grows slower than mine), and apparently it'll grow back less and less with each use.  n___n
I love how smooth my skin feels after using it, especially compared to shaving. 
I give it a 1o/1o!  Works exactly like it's meant to~
