I have been looking for eas to increase my vitamin D levels but the usual pill-form is easy to forget and I don't get enough sun nor enjoy drinking milk. Now I look forward to having my daily dose of Vitamin D with this gummy as it tastes like a treat! It has no artifical flavors or sweeteners either! It has added calcium to help absorb the vitamin as well which is also good for bones! Vitamin D is so essential for optimal health & to boost your immune system! They are a great option for them because these have a good flavor which makes easy to take your daily vitamins, no weird after taste. The fact that these gummies are made with natural ingredients makes then an amazing option. I personally would like they came with less of the sugary coating but still love them.
