December ~ Orders received after Dec 21 will be sent out after Dec 28.
All orders in stock will be sent out before Dec 21, customised and out of stock orders will be processed after Dec 28 and sent out soonest.

All items are sent out via Singpost with pre-printed envelopes with return address. Hope to seek your kind understanding on leadtime needed to reprint for out of stock situation. We will send asap for those in stock items and others when ready for those which require customisation.
Pls allow some time (5-7 working days) for reprinting for some confirmed orders and 7 - 10 working days for customised orders. Your orders will be indicated as sent via the Q10 system earlier, feel free to email for order status with Cart No. or Order No.
We apologise if your order is cancelled due to out of stock or error in order. Funds will be reverted back very fast via Q10's efficient system.
