It's very pigmented. My favorite is the top left color, the light pink. The bottom left color is shimmery. I don't mind this. It looks nicer on than in the palette. The wear time is good. It lasts me for about 6 hours, but blush wear also depends on the foundation worn. I love how the pans can be rearranged. I only have one palette, so there's really no point of me switching things around, but it's a nice feature. An orange palette needs to be made. Orange looks great on darker skin. A bright orange, burnt orange, shimmery bronzey/golden orange, and a coral. Another brand had an orange blush, but it was limited edition. A lot of people would love an alternative. It has 4 beautiful shades. Two cooler tone wintery shades and two warmer tone summery shades. One thing that I really love about this pallet is the pans pop out of the pallet, so if you have multiple elf pallets (the contour pallet, the bronzing pallet, the illuminating pallet, etc.) you can make your own pallet.
