Start with 1 scoop or less 15-20 minutes prior to training, and work your way up. Do not exceed 3 scoops in a day. Mix with 6-8oz of cold water per scoop for desired consistency. For best results, use within 60 days of breaking the seal. (Approximately 150 mg of caffeine per serving)
This product contains lecithin and less than 1% soy. This product is manufactured in a plant that processes milk, soy, wheat & eggs.
Warnings
WARNING: EVP Plus contains Caffeine. Do not take this product with alcohol. Do not consume caffeine or other stimulants from other sources, including but not limited to: coffee, tea, soda and other dietary supplements or medications containing phenylephrine or caffeine along with this product. Always begin with 1 scoop or less, and work your way up to find your own personal tolerance. Do not exceed 3 scoops in a day. To avoid sleeplessness, do not consume within 4 hours of bedtime. Please make sure you are consuming a minimum of 3 liters of water per day.
Before consuming EVP Plus, always consult with your physician before using this or any other dietary supplement product ESPECIALLY if you are unaware of your current health condition or have any pre-existing medical condition including but not limited to high blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia, stroke, heart, liver or thyroid disease, kidney, anxiety, depression, seizure disorder, psychiatric disease, diabetes, recurring headaches, pernicious anemia, difficulty urinating due to prostate enlargement, or if you are taking MAOIs or any other medications. Do not use if you are pregnant, contemplating pregnancy, nursing, prone to dehydration, or exposed to excessive heat. EVP Plus is only intended to be consumed by healthy adults 18-50 years of age. Do not use for more than 8 weeks at a time. It is recommended that you take at least 4 weeks off before resuming use. Discontinue 2 weeks prior to surgery. If you experience sleeplessness, tremors, dizziness, nervousness, headaches, heart palpitations, shortness of breath, or any other adverse reactions, immediately discontinue use and consult your physician. Store in cool, dry place away from moisture and sunlight. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
