The tips for the operation

1) Charge via USB
2) A green light next to one of the numbers will blink when the device is charging; When the blinking light is next to the 3, you can use the device
3) To use, unplug from the USB
4 Hold the On/Off button for a few seconds until a red light next to the 1 lights up
5) Click the On/Off button to cycle through the 1, 2, 3 power settings
6) Once you've selected your preferred power setting, hold the "Out" button to use
7) To use, while holding the Out button down, lightly tap the area you'd like to hear/smell sizzle away
