By creating a base, you'll bring out max results of penny's rich copper tones. Use raven to finish off the look with a wing tipped cat eye. Waterline - Using the pencil gently trace your water line, the area above your bottom eye lash line. This will make your eyes appear larger and more defined. *MUA Tip: Pearl is great to use as waterline eyeliner. You can also build waterline layers to create a doll eyed look. Don't forget to finish the look with plenty of mascara! Highlighter - It's versatile!
