This beautiful quartz crystal is from the Tim Gilson Mine east of Hot Springs, Arkansas; which was known for its beautiful and unique crystal formations and metaphysical crystals. When the mine closed many years ago, I purchased all remaining crystals. This is from my personal collection. It is very rare having healed on one side and the bottom with an attached Double Terminated crystal. It should be a very good healer. All quartz crystals are renowned for their healing powers. Shard Crystals are crystals that broke off the main matrix when they were forming and then healed themselves; as obvious by all the small facets on the broken part of the crystal. Shards and Golden Healers are the best healing crystals. Shards and double and multiple terminated quartz crystals are believed to have healing, protective, and life balancing properties. I have seen many people healed of various afflictions by associating with these types of crystals. It is believed that Double/Multiple Terminated Quartz Crystals are multi-functional; energy moves outward in either direction or in both directions concurrently. They have the capacity to draw or to transmit energy through both ends.
