If you or a loved one has issues at night with grinding, you know that it can cause some irreversible damage to the teeth. The tension in the jaw joint (TMJ) can be painful or lead to neck stiffness and headaches.

Our mouth guards offer great protection against teeth grinding, helping to relieve jaw tension as well. Also works well for athletes who tend to clench while exercising. Use on upper or lower teeth.

The set contains 4 BPA-free mouth guards, 2 of each large and medium sizes. Comes with an anti-bacterial case.

Instructions:
1. Place the mouthguard in hot water for 20-25 seconds until it begins to soften.
2. Remove it from the water and let it cool until it's comfortable to handle.
3. Place in the mouth on the teeth so it can adapt to your teeth's shape.
4. When it is thoroughly cooled, your custom night guard is ready to go!

Important:
- Do not mold it twice.
- If the dental guard extends too far back, you may trim it with scissors.
