INSTRUCTIONS


▶? STEP 1:
Make sure the sole of your feet is clean. Preferably, clean feet after a nice warm shower

▶? STEP 2:
Remove the protective backing from adhesive Plaster Tape

▶? STEP 3:
Attach the color side of pad to the center of adhesive side of the Plaster Tape as indicated and shown in our pictures above

▶? STEP 4:
Adhere the entire Plaster Tape (with the attached foot pad) to the sole of your feet

▶? STEP 5:
Allow 6-8 hours before removing and disposing of the used moist plaster. Ideal for night time use

▶? STEP 6:
Dont forget to wash your feet after removal


REPEAT...REPLENISH...REFRESH!!!
