黑曜石 (Black Obsidian)

钟馗是中国民间传说中能打鬼驱除邪祟的神。旧时中国民间常挂钟馗的像辟邪除灾。是中国传统文化中的"唐·赐福镇宅圣君”。

Any item defects should be communicated to Gods of Haven 善缘神品 via email at godsofhaven@yahoo.com along with clear pictures of the mentioned defect within 3 days of receipt of item.

Upon confirmation of defects by Gods of Haven 善缘神品 and that an exchange is allowed, items are to be posted out to us within 3 working days. We will reimburse the cost for postage in this case. Please note that after this duration has expired, we reserve the right to not accept the return of the item. Items must be unaltered, unworn and must be in original condition. 

If the defective item is still in stock, a replacement piece without defects will be sent out for the exchange of the defective piece. If the item for exchange is no longer in stock, we will return postage cost and refund the amount paid for the defective item. 

Gods of Haven 善缘神品 will only begin to process the exchange or refund within 5 working days after receipt of the returned items. 

Gods of Haven 善缘神品 shall not be liable for lost return parcels should it be mailed via shipping methods without tracking information (such as SingPost normal mail). Hence, it is recommended that you use a shipping method that gives a tracking number so that you can keep track of where the parcel is.
