The puppets were clean, complete and very cute and soft from the outside. They look just like the picture displayed but bigger, enough to fit my hand which was really cool. I purchased these for my little niece and I can actually play along with her because they fit :D. My only issue is that the inside has a bit of a rough material, not sure how to describe but kinda like a potato sack.
