Return & Exchange Policy 

1. Sellers will not be responsible for loss of article if shipped by non registered post.

2. Exchanges not resulting from Sellers fault (wrong item, defective, wrong purchase) are subjected to case to case basis. We will reply your exchange request soonest possible with more information.

3. All exchange request must be received by email  (QQrabbit@yahoo.com) within 3 days from the date of received.

4. Items that are eligible for exchange, the customer has to bear full delivery charges inclusive of registered mail fee (to our address and back)

5. Please do not give negative comment before approaching us for exchange. 

Exchange request after negative comment will not be entertained. 

Other Exchange Exclusions

*Size issues – Measurement is subject to max 2-3cm error tolerance in flat measurement

*Color issues – The colours you see on your monitor might be slightly different from the actual colors of goods due to various reason such as monitor setting.

*Minor thread frays at the ends, wrinkles, slight mis-alignment of the seams

*Claims that the cutting or design of item is not good or up to expectations.

*Deliberate damage of items such that it may warrant an exchange.
