Origin of the name has been named from the fact that the side line looks like macaronia and in the United States it is called Macaronian with familiarity with Italians.
At the factory in Romania, I had experience of handling rubber shoes and sneakers of the Italian army originally, and the craftmen who inherit that method handmade most of the process.
Therefore, craft feeling which can not be expressed by mass production type is attractive.
This factory is also famous for being a NATO army shoes.
The biggest feature of macaronians is the vulcanizing process using raw rubber (the process of crimping sole and upper in a high temperature kiln).
The sole of raw rubber which was originally used as gym shoes was sometimes melted by asphalt.
Adjusting the blend of raw rubber repeatedly and many times for outer wear, we reached commercialization.
It is resistant to peeling off of the sole and upper, it features a functional and flexible comfort.
Based on military shoes, it is developing for a wide range of scenes with various materials such as canvas, nylon, leather and so on.
