Directions
Add 1/4 cup flakes to 1 cup boiling water & cook approximately 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat & let stand 2 minutes before serving. Suggested Uses:
Sprinkle over cereal, yogurt, or cottage cheese
Give a nutritional boost to muffins, cookies, & other baked goods.
