EXCHANGE / RETURN / REFUND POLICY
All products are well checked which have to pass through Quality Check System before shipping to you. Rest assured buying from us! Please read the terms and conditons before purchase. Once buyer made the purchase, means you have accepted the terms and conditions. We do not entertain excuses if customers do not read terms or abuse the terms and conditions this listing website site.
Regarding any change of mind for bags colors (you must meet the terms & conditions below before we allow any exchange):
1. You must contact us via whatsapp 9897-9777 (If you come down without informing us, NO exchange is allowed.)
2. Within 7 days counting from date received the product, you must Hand Carry it back to our Paya Lebar warehouse.
----->**7 days is inclusive of all days in the week (Monday-Sunday).
----->**Example: If you received the product on 24 Nov 2016, within 7 days means last day to exchange is 30 Nov 2016.
3. The bag plastic packaging must NOT be open and damage. If product found damaged by the buyer, we will not allow any exchange.
4. We will inspect the product before allowing for exchange. Damaged = No exchange.
5. This is also prior to availability stocks. If the color you want to exchange no stock, there will not be any exchange due to no stock.
If customer do not want the product, and wish to have a refund, (you must meet the terms & conditions below before we allow any refund):
1. Shipping fee will not be refunded as we have already paid the courier to deliver to you once.
2. You must contact us via whatsapp 9897-9777 (If you come down without informing us, NO refund is allowed).
3. Within 7 days counting from date received the product, you must Hand Carry it to our Paya Lebar warehouse.
