When I put on one of these bras, I feel secure, and can get on with my day. The removable pads are substantial, and I sometimes wear the bra without them. Make sure you get a bigger size. The straps are too wide and they are cut too close under your armpit causing pain and discomfort. The band underneath is too wide and rolls up.
