Why is it that a thin needle can bind 40 times the thickness of paper?
■ Toothed Driver (Needle Pushing Plate): By precisely guarding both sides of the needle, applying straight-focused force prevents thin needle deformation.
● By pressing right above the needle foot with right and left protrusions, preventing deformation
■ Staple Holder & Staple Guide: To prevent deformation of the needle, keep the needle pressed by the driver vertically and penetrate it to the end.
● Holding the center plane of the needle down from the bottom prevents deformation
■ Two-stage clincher mechanism: It corresponds to the entry angle of the needle which changes according to the thickness of the document, and it clinches surely.
● By attaching two stages of angle to the needle receiving surface, the optimum proportion of the needle to reliably capture the needle and prevent falling
Developed a new standard "No. 11" instead of the thick needle No. 3 so far.
The wire diameter (thickness) of the needle was the same as usual No. 10 needle, with a thin wire diameter, the leg length was made long and the width was widened.
With the completion of bimo technology, 2 to 40 sheets of handy type are beautifully finished with one needle.
