For best results, exfoliation is recommended 2-3 times per week. 

How often is too often? Exfoliating your skin is the key to fresh luminous, smooth skin, but can you have too much of a good thing? 

Exfoliating is actually scrubbing off dead skin cells and exposing soft, smooth new skin underneath. So if you have sensitive skin, twice a week could be too often.
