Tips for Wireless Connection: (Noted that this camera with sound and Smart link configuration is much easier and quicker to connection wifi.) 1: Support 802.11b/g/n 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi band (5Ghz currently not supported)
2: Add device via search device in LAN, and if you fail to connection, please use ethernet cable connection as a backup methods.
3: If you still fail wifi connection please check your wifi password and change it into simple one which consist of letter and numbers, not supported special character like"+、-、*、&". When you change it please reset it into factory setting via pressing the rest button of the camera bottom, and then wireless connection again.
