Directions
Dispense a quarter-sized amount of oil into the palm of your hand; rub hands together vigorously to heat the oil before applying. Massage onto skin using gentle, circular strokes. Try this baby massage technique: gently move hands from center of baby''s chest up towards the shoulders, then outwards to the sides, bringing them back together in a heart-shaped motion.
