All items are authentic and purchased directly from Young Living Singapore/USA/UK/Malaysia/Australia.
Order Fulfillment
All orders will be bubble wrapped securely and mailed out within 1-3 days after confirmation of your order. Please note that I will not be responsible for any parcel lost or damaged by SingPost Normal Mail. I highly recommend Smart pac which comes with tracking number and can take up to 1KG.
Item Request (Pre orders)
Exchange
No exchange unless item has defects. Please email me at little_threads@yahoo.com within 3 days with photo proof upon receiving the defective item(s). I will do a 1-to-1 exchange and but no refunds for the differences in price should you prefer to exchange for a different item where its price is lower than the original item. Returned items has to be UNOPENED and intact, mailed back to me via Registered Mail or Smart pac.
Refund
All sales are final and no refunds will be made unless the defective item is out of stock.
