- Important: All exchange request must be submitted ONLY one time in http://sasha.sg/custcare, do not submit the another exchange request in Qoo10. Or else the request will not be entertained.
- All items sold are NON REFUNDABLE unless defective/wrong items mailed or paid item is out of stock. We will inspect items before posting out. Please notify us via email of the defective/wrong items delivered to you within 3 days of receipt. After the exchange request has been confirmed, the item(s) must be returned within 1-week, S$3 admin charge will be chargeable if the items returned after 1-week from the date of confirmation. Any there's no returning after 2-week from the date of confirmation, the exchange request will be automatically void.
- Customers need to send the products back to us before we ship out the replacement. Customer must make sure the product is in it's original condition and all the tags, strings and labels must remain intact and attached to avoid the rejected exchange.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for the return of goods under any circumstances. Please use registered mail for return parcel, we are not responsible for any lost mail for any parcel that posted via normal mail.
- We cannot provide guarantee of fitting if customer asked for suggestion of size, customer will still require to go through the exchanging process and bear the shipping cost of the exchange.
- We do not refund or perform exchanges for delivered apparels due to below reasons:
- Personal dislike, change of mind after purchase.
- Slight colour differences (same colour range or any other physical differences), thread fray ends, wrinkles, slight mis-alignment of seams; minor tear on seams which can be hand stitched;
- Button loss (replacement of buttons will be sent to you, in the event that the same button is not available, we will send a full set of replacement buttons which will match your clothing);
- Claiming that the cutting of clothes is not good;
- Any stains that is smaller than the 5 cents Singapore dollar coin.
- Any damage caused by the improper care of the product after purchased.
- Deliberate damage of clothes such that it will warrant an exchange.
- Slight discoloration of graphic print on tee-shirts
- All measurements and sizes are displayed clearly on each apparel's description page. Please make sure of choosing the correct sizes.
- All request for defective exchange must be accompanied by zoom out image of the defective area and exchange items MUST be received within 3-day from the date of receipt.
- We do not accept any form of second exchange request.
- Sasha.sg reserved all rights for amendment of this policy.
All orders usually be processed and shipped once payment received within 1-2 working days from the date of payment, unless the items you ordered is out of stock which we will inform you by message. For those item marked as Preorder will be shipped within 7 working days.
Though we do our best to minimize delivery time, there may be delay in shipments sometimes, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Important note: We will suggest customer to use registered mail. We believe when you pay for the goods, you expect confirmed delivery, safely to your place without any false alarm or worries that it might be lost in transit. Guranteed delivery upon payment is our No. 1 policy.
