What I was unhappy with was the shipping! The toner leaked out which made the bottles come out of the container which looked like everything was just thrown into the envelope they were shipped in. I don't have a problem with shipping in an envelope I have a problem with the product leaking out and I lost some of the product I just paid for, the invoice was soaked as well. I would also really like to purchase these products individually as I use the cleaner way faster than the other two products which is forcing me to spend more on products that are just sitting in my cabinet. When I received my product I could tell just by looking at the bottles that it was old. The bottles had a yellowish tint to the once white color and it appeared as if they had tried to wipe the expiration date off of the bottom of the face wash because I could still see a portion of where it once was! And they even went as far as to cut off the top of the lotion bottle where the date and lot number would have been. This along with the face that the lotion and face wash was so watery that it just pours right out had me completely astonished. I don't understand how Walmart could actually send consumers such a product! I obviously can't comment on the effectiveness of this product but I'm wondering if they even have any that aren't old?! Product works great but products latley been EXPIRED when I revieve them. 2011 is the year I received just about 2 weeks ago. Today's date is 11/15/13. My product has 04/11. I can safely say that it has calmed my skin somewhat, but not sure of the effectiveness of this product since I am also using the pills from this same brand. I have had severe acne since I became pregnant with my daughter 16 years ago and have been using everything under the sun i.e. over the counter meds, prescription meds, Proactive, Murad - everything. The pills/chewable tablets from this brand, Nature's Cure are great and am so grateful that Walmart.com has them as they are scare if not non existent everywhere else.
