Insert clove of garlic into garlic peeler. Lay flat on countertop or cutting board. With palm of hand, roll back and forth a couple times with moderate pressure. Skin will fall away from clove or garlic easily without any garlic odor left on your hands. To clean just wash garlic peeler in hot soapy water and rinse thoroughly or put on the top rack of dishwasher.
