Waiting time will be 2-3 weeks working days after order is sent in. We strongly recommend customer to opt for registered mail as we will not be liable for any missing parels via normal postage. In the event if a customer receive a defective/ incorrect item, please drop us a email at rrmamashop@gmail.com with a clear image. We provide 1-1 exchange within 5 days from date item is shipped.

Items sold are non-refundable/exchange. Color and sizes may varies.

For normal postage, small items will be sent to your letterbox few days after your stocks have arrived. For bulky items that cannot be place in your mailbox, PLEASE NOTE that the postman will leave a note for collection of items. Please note that there is no way for you to track your items WITHOUT the delivery note. Please collect the delivery note in your letterbox.
