      All items are carefully inspected and checked before shipment.

      Refunds will only be given in cases of incorrect items shipped and on a case-by-case basis.

 

Postage and Delivery

 

Exclusive to local shipping within Singapore

Upon confirmation of order and payment, items will be sent via SingPost the next working day.

Shipments sent by Normal mail (Non-Registered) are untraceable.

Finesse Wares will not be responsible for any parcels that get damaged or go missing in the delivery process.

To obtain tracking information, please opt for Registered Mail, at an additional surcharge of S$2.50.
