Directions: These are drinks/soups in powder form and soluble in water. Pour boiling water (~80 degrees Celsius) and stir - they are then ready to drink!~ High in fibre content.

Soups are meant as a meal replacement, while drinks are to supplement the soups as afternoon tea. See possible combinations below (breakfast / lunch / tea / dinner).

Directions:

i. Pour pasta in bowl, add 270cc of hot boiling water.

ii. Add kgcheck Soup (1 pack) into the bowl

iii. Stir to mix for at least 15 seconds - easier with a fork

iv. Cover with a lid and leave to rest for 3 minutes

v. Ready to serve
