Product Description

Granite Ware Bake, Broil and Grill set uses the same great Porcelain on Steel construction used in our famous Granite Ware Roasters. Porcelain on steel construction is stronger and safer than foil type pans. Porcelain is fused to the steel at 2000 degrees Fahrenheit producing a non-porous, inert surface that is naturally non-stick and dishwasher safe. Please note that it is a glass type surface so if dropped, it can chip however this will not reduce the performance of the cookware.
