Very moist
I bought it with my friend telling me that she was recommended by clinic. Since it is moist enough to be sticky, first spray cheap Naturly Pearl Lotion lotion with a spray and then put it on from there. It was fairly smooth but it was moist and dry this winter was not dry. As I have about a month and a half with one, it is also pretty Cospa.
My aunt's favorite
