Release an appropriate amount on your palm and distribute to your forehead, eye areas, cheeks, nose,
and chin. Massage starting with your chin to the cheeks, nose, eye area, and then forehead.
Massage from the center of the face toward the ears and from the ridge of the nose to the tip.

step 2

Use the sides of your hands to massage down from the back of the ears along the neck,
drawing spirals. Repeat twice.

step 3

Divide the ears into three parts and gently squeeze each part using your thumbs and index fingers
from up down while gently pulling them.

step 4

Wrap your ears with your palms and breathe deeply in comfort to finish up the massage.
