Order Processing Deadlines
All items are from our warehouse in USA.
If all items in your order are in stock at the our warehouse closest to you, orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern USA Monday to Friday,
except holidays. We need 2 business days to process your order before we ship it to you.
Shipping Rates

You can purchase mixed items from our store.
Items on Order
If an item is currently out of stock, the items description page will display the date we expect to receive the product back in stock.
If you choose to purchase the item anyway, a preorder / back order shipping surcharge will apply. Availability dates for items on order
are estimates, and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Confirmation Emails
Qoo10 systems will send you an automated shipment confirmation email when we finish processing your order.
Our shipping carriers do not pick up packages from our facilities on weekends, or on postal holidays.
Therefore, if you place an order after our order processing deadline, you may experience a delay between your shipping confirmation
e-mail and the actual shipment of your order.
The time frame for the shipment method you selected will begin when the carrier picks it up for delivery.

Orders may be shipped with any of our preferred carriers: SF Express.
Shipping time: 4-10days, with out weekend and holiday.
We cannot request or guarantee delivery by a specific carrier.
If your shipping address is a P.O. Box, please check that option in the address form to make sure that your order is delivered correctly.
Return & Exchange
No exchange or return is because of simple mind change.
Such Return of exchang is ablsolutely allowed for the reason below.

Active B12-Folate combines the active coenzyme form of vitamin B12, methylcobalamin, with an active form of folate, Metafolin®* L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate. This high-potency, bioactive formula was created to bypass normal absorptive mechanisms for vitamin B12 and folate which may be impaired due to aging, illness, or gastrointestinal surgery. Fast-dissolving tablets allow for quick release into the bloodstream. Vitamin B12 and folate play an integral role in DNA synthesis and thus are essential to cell division and proper functioning of virtually all tissues in the body. Rapidly proliferating cells such as enterocytes, leukocytes, and skin cells are especially dependent upon active forms of these nutrients. Vitamin B12 and folate also participate in methylation and proper metabolism of homocysteine, a potentially toxic metabolite of methionine. Dietary B12 can be reliably obtained only from animal products and is a singularly difficult vitamin to absorb. Folate deficiencies have been reported following bariatric surgery. Active B12-Folate may be especially beneficial for vegetarians and persons with impaired gastrointestinal absorptive function due to aging, illness, or surgery.
