Warm notifications:

1. If items are in stock， we will check quality again and then arrange shipment in 48 hours. If not， a few more days may be needed. Any way， we will ship out your order within the time we declare on our store. 

2. Regarding Shipping Methods
   (1). If you want to get the goods fast， please kindly choose Express Shipping Way(DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT/EMS/E-EMS);
   (2). If you mind the shipping cost，  you can choose Mail Post which is more economy than Express， but please note that post efficiency are not steady， some times it can finish a delivery in 2-4 weeks， but sometimes it may need 5-8 weeks. Especially South American countries\' customs are very hard， even when the parcels arrive the local countries， packages may still be held by customs for several weeks. If you do not get your package in 30 days， please kindly call your local post office or contact us， then we will check it for you.
   (3). China Post ship batteries to limited country， please note even you choose China Post， battery items may still be handled by PostNL or other shipping method.
   (4). China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus is most economy， but no tracking information in destination country， it usually finish a delivery by 2-4 weeks， if you don\'t get the package by 35 days， please contact us then.
   (5). Battery products are taken as dagerous products by Post Office， it\'s delivery time usually longer than common products， please take more patient to wait the battery prodcut packages. Thank you.
   (6). We may ship items by Netherlands Post， Sweden Post or other shipping method when you choose ship by Seller\'s Shipping Method.

3. Normally， we declare the product value less than the true value on customs declaration when shipped by air post， to avoid customs fee for you. And we do not charge any local tariff. If you have any specific demand， please contact us before shipping.

4. Customer satisfaction is most important to us. Returns:

• We do our best to serve our each customer the best that we can.
• We will refund you for items returned within 7 days of you receiving them， for any reason. A full refund will be given if items are returned in their original condition.
• Merchandise which is damaged or missing components is not refundable.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping with proper packaging.
• On receiving items， we will refund you immediately.

Warranty & Maintenance:

• We provide 1 month replacement and 6 months maintenance warranties. Items can be replaced during the first month or maintained for the first year.
• Buyers are only responsible for the return shipping fees for warranty items.
• Before returning items， please make sure you get our (the seller’s) return address， and write “gift” on the delivery detail sheet. Please use regular postal service and send us the tracking number. As soon as we receive the items， we will repair or exchange them ASAP.
