We both noticed it had a nice weight to the shirt. It wasn't flimsy at all. It did not shrink much either. We are both happy with the quality of the t-shirt. I would definitely buy more of these in different colors some for me and some for my husband. We all have different body shapes at various times in our lives and this product fits the great majority. There are five sizes available (small-2xl) that will fit most of the population. I like the crew neck which feels comfortable around your neck area. I also like the way the sleeves fit and the overall length of the t-shirt. I have purchased Gildan products before (boxer shorts) and have found the items washed well and lasted a long time. Gildan typically produces a slightly cheaper version of underwear and socks than their major competitors. However the slightly lower cost does not mean reduced quality. Now back to my original comment. The material, out of the package, is soft and it feels soft and light when worn. I expect these t-shirts to last as long as most others and to eventually become a fine dust rag for house cleaning.
