Capsika acts to relieve pain in the following way. When Capsika is applied to the skin, its main active ingredient, capsaicin, stimulates the TRPV1 receptors in the outer skin, sending nerve impulses through the pain pathway, causing secretion of several neutrotransmitters, the major one being substance P. These secreted neurotransmitters and the nerve impulses they trigger are then interpreted by the brain as pain sensation.

Every kind of pain can be treated by Capsika Gel. Various pain sensations can be put into 2 main groups:
