DESCRIPTION
Deep intense red colour with nice legs. Ripe dark berries with a hint of mineral note on nose. Fine toasted and mediterranean herbs (thyme & rosemary). On the palate is a spicy structure under the smooth fruit with firm tannins. Retro-nasal appreciation of balsamic toffee & cocoa aromas. Pleasant persistence.
