Delivery: 

 

 

Normal vs Registered Mail

 

 

The item will be delivered to your letterbox directly via Singpost.

 

In case that the item doesn't fit the letterbox, it will be delivered to your doorstep.  

 

If nobody is at home on time of delivery, the postman will leave a collection slip

 

at your door for self-collection from your nearest post office. 

 

 No tracking number is available for normal mail. 

 

While lost parcels via Singpost may not be high,

 

 no refund will be provided if such case happens. 

 

Therefore, registered (mail) delivery is recommended due to presence of tracking facility.

 

 

Our shop is commited to ship out your orders in 1-2 working days.

 

We also provide our best effort to send it before cutoff time

 

so your package won't spend another day lagging in the post office.  

 

Thereafter, Singpost delivers 3-5 working days for both Normal and Registered mails.

 

 

 

 

Exchange Policy:

 

Products that are broken during delivery are exchangeable.

We will get in touch with you both via SMS and email as we usually do for all our customers.

Return & Refund Policy

 

Return or refund is also allowed for goods received within 5 days and in unused condition.

 

The amount to be returned/ refunded excludes delivery charge that the customer paid in Q10.
