Please take note if you opt for Singpost Normal Mail:
There will be no tracking no. item will not be traceable and there will be a possibility of lost mail.
Once we drop your parcel in the mailbox it will be beyond our control.
There is a possibility of lost mail due to the following reason:
- Postman post to the wrong address.
- Or your parcel is too big to fit in your letterbox.
- Or your home letterbox is too full.
- Due to unforeseen reasons if your parcel is unable to be delivered, postman will return it to the nearest post office and they may sometime forget to leave a delivery advice for you to collect your parcel from the post office this may end up as lost mail.
Cottoncandy Tots will not be liable if there is any lost mail.
