DIRECTIONS:

• Adults and children 12 years and over - add 2 tablespoons (Tbsp) or 30 mL to 6-8 ounces of hot or cold beverage (tea juice soda) or take directly from measuring cup.
• One dose every 4 hours as needed. Do not exceed 6 doses every 24 hours.
• Children under 12 years - do not use this adult product in children under 12 years of age; this will provide more than the recommended dose (overdose) and may cause liver damage.
