Directions
You will need: ½ cup of oil 2 large eggs 1/3 cup of water
Preheat the over to 350°F. Grease the bottom only of an 8 or 9 inch square pan
Combine the mix oil, eggs and water in a mixing bowl. Mix with an electric mixer on medium speed for 3 minutes.
Spread batter into prepared pan
Bake for 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out with a few moist crumbs
