Take 2 scoops per day. Amino 4XL SX-7 Black Onyx can be taken pre-workout, during your workout or at any other time of the day. Mix 1/2 scoop with 4 oz. cold water, 1 scoop with 8 oz. of cold water, and 2 scoops with 16 oz. of cold water. Consume 2 scoops daily.

Contains coconut ingredients. Processed in a facility that also processes milk, soy, wheat, egg, peanut, tree nut, fish and shellfish ingredients.
