♦ For Cold Therapy, fill bottle with ice water or fill water into bottle and place into freezer for approx. 30mins.
♦ Ensure bottle is inside the pouch before filling with water.
♦ Do not fill the water too full, two-thirds is ok.

♦ Please press the air out before seal the bottle.
