COMPATIBILITY
Our smartphone SD card camera reader is compatible with SD / SDHC card memory cards. Micro SD (TF) is supported when used with an adapter to fit the slot. The SD card format can't be exFAT.

** iPhone requires iOS 9.2 or above. (Our card reader is compatible with IOS10.3)
** iPad requires iOS 8.0 or above.

For Android devices:
Fit for all android devices with OTG function and Micro-B receptacle. Operating system requires android 4.2 or above.

Note:
1. Check if the SD card is exFAT format ot not, since Android doesn't support the SD card with exFAT format. Before using this adapter, please format your TF / SD card as FAT32 first.
2. It takes 5-10 seconds for you to see the device, don't unplug the reader during this time. Wait enough time to see the device.
3. Please be sure your phone is iOS 9.2 (10.3 is available too) / android 4.2 or above, iPad requires iOS 8.0 or above.
4. Make sure your android phone or tablet have OTG function. (Download App USB OTG Checker on Google Play to check wther your devices have OTG function)
5. The card reader supports SD card capacity no more than 64GB.
6. The card reader donsn't work with GoPro Camera cards and Sony high speed card.
7. Please choose correct side when pluging this reader into your android devices or iPhone / iPad. (side A faces down to connect apple devices and side B faces down to connect android devices)
8. When your iphone / ipad shows "This cable or accessories is not certified and may not work reliably with this iPhone / iPad", please ignore it which doesn't affect normal use. Android devices don't have this problem.
